Custom Brass and Bronze Kitchen Sinks

Unlacquered, unburnished brass sinks require regular care to keep their ‘new brass’ look. Some clients prefer this finish, allowing it to develop a natural patina over time. Made from an alloy with 70% copper, our 14 gauge, cold-rolled domestic brass will gradually age to a slight greenish hue, adding unique character and depth to its appearance.

 Our custom brass sinks undergo a burnishing process similar to our copper patina technique. After burnishing, the brass acquires a subtle greenish tint. Opting for our weathering/burnishing patina process ensures a fairly consistent tone throughout. If you choose to keep your brass untouched, expect a more diverse range of patterns and shades. Our choice of brass has a slightly elevated copper content, which we favor for its inviting warm hue. 

 Our exclusive 14-gauge premium bronze alloy, made of 90% copper and 10% zinc, offers a warm, golden hue that stands apart from other bronze alloys, which often resemble brass. Unlike typical bronzes, our unique alloy is rarely found in large sheet form and is most often seen in high-end applications like railings and doorknobs in upscale hotels. While bronze and brass share similar care needs, our alloy’s distinctive composition ensures a refined look that ages gracefully in your home. 

 Burnished bronze offers a warm, deep golden tone and is easy to care for, similar to our copper sinks. As a 'living finish,' it will develop character over time. Simply rinse the sink after each use, avoid leaving food or cookware in it, and wash occasionally with mild soap like Dawn. This minimal maintenance keeps it looking beautiful without extra effort. 

Bronze retrofit drop in sink. This is a Paragon™ workstation sink with a multi-purpose grid, a sponge caddy, a black butcher grade cutting board, a knife slot, and a bowl with three silverware holders. This sink was shipped to one of our customers in Japan. 

 This custom bronze bar sink is designed for versatility, featuring a removable divider for holding ice on one side while keeping the drain accessible. Custom multi-purpose grids add counter space or provide a drying spot for hand-washed glasses, while a butcher-grade cutting board seamlessly integrates, enhancing both function and convenience. This sink was not burnished and will age naturally with use.

 Our skilled team seamlessly joined the copper bowl to the bronze flanges at the upper edges of the front and back ledges. This integration ensures the bronze accent accessories fit perfectly. Crafted to serve as a drop-in sink,   the harmonious blend of copper and bronze in this creation requires exceptional precision in both the welding and finishing processes, showcasing the high level of skill and attention to detail that our team brings to each project. 

 As the name implies, the Harmony Dual Drain sink is designed with two drains, which is a unique Rachiele custom sink feature. This design allows for more efficient water drainage and offers versatility in how the sink is used. It can be easily used by two users, even if one is right-handed and the other is left-handed. We would move the left side drain to the far left corner for the left-handed user. We burnished this unlaquered brass sink prior to shipping
