For a detailed discussion about your needs, including a kitchen floor plan review, we encourage you to schedule a complimentary Zoom design consultation with Dino. Our goal is to craft a custom sink that is not just functional but is a center piece that elevates the style and function of your kitchen. Each consultation typically lasts 45 to 60 minutes. Using a computer, iPad, or tablet for the Zoom meeting is recommended, as it allows Dino to share his screen and discuss design options with you. We gladly accept all major credit cards, including American Express, as well as wire transfers. Additionally, we offer an easy online PayLink upon request.

Payment Options:

50% Deposit:
For orders with a completion date more than four months away, a 50% deposit is required to secure your spot on our completion calendar and lock in current pricing. Detailed drawings will be provided within 1–2 business days. The remaining balance will be charged 30 days prior to your completion date. If you decide not to proceed, your deposit is fully refundable up until you approve the drawings.

Payment in Full:
If your completion date is within four months, full payment is required at the time of placing your order. Detailed drawings will be sent within 1–2 business days. If you choose not to move forward, your payment is fully refundable until you approve the drawings.

Approval and Production:
You’ll have ample time to review and approve your sink drawing. Approvals are requested 21 days prior to the projected completion date. Changes or cancellations are allowed, with a full refund, prior to approving your drawing.

Important Notes:
Placing an order secures the current price and your position in our production lineup. Once you approve your drawing and production begins, further changes may not be possible. To prevent delays, we recommend finalizing your drawing at least three weeks before the projected completion date.

When you order, let us know your preferred delivery date, and we'll reserve your place on our production calendar. Within three business days, Dino will send you a dimensional drawing of your custom sink for review. Feel free to discuss it with your team and suggest any changes. Once you’re satisfied with the design, just send us your approval via email, and we’ll start production.  

 For the best experience, we suggest placing your order well in advance to secure production space and potentially lock in current pricing. Although some sinks have been completed in as few as 1–4 weeks, our limited production capacity means early planning is wise. Dino will work with you to select an ideal delivery date, ensuring a smooth installation without storage concerns. If timing becomes critical, we offer a rush option for an additional fee, assessed individually based on our production schedule and overtime requirements.
