Production lead times for faucets range from approximately 3 to 10 weeks, though this can vary based on the specific model and finish you choose. Please give us a call to discuss options and pricing. If you would like to schedule a short video meeting with Dino to discuss model, finish and accessory choices - as well as pricing, you may do so here.
We are likely the only Waterstone faucet dealer that opens and inspects every piece to ensure that your faucet suite will be in perfect shape when you receive it. In the rare case that there is an issue, we will take care of it before you receive it. Our goal is to help your installation go as smoothly as possible.
All Waterstone pull down faucets spray far less than others on the market. We prefer the lever handle for ease of use and a sensible spray pattern. Two of our favorite models are the 9750 and the 5500 because of the extended reach feature.
No problem with Waterstone. The handle can easily be adjusted to compensate. Best yet, you can have the handle on the left, right or anywhere in-between because the spout rotates 360 degrees. We prefer the front centered position.
This video illustrates how the extended reach faucets will easily reach all areas of a 54" sink. The sink in the video is a drop in 54" sink.
We recommend two faucets on 60" or 72" sinks. However, you can get away with one faucet on a 60" sink if you use the extended reach models.
We will assist you in finding the perfect faucet for your height, the sink design, and your décor.
For comfortable use of the sink, it's important that the faucet be positioned to drop water in the center of the bowl. Remember, the faucet can be installed no closer than 2 inches from the bowl. So, with an 11-inch reach faucet, the water would fall 9 inches into the bowl. If the reach is shorter, the water will drop further back, potentially causing back and shoulder discomfort during extended use of the sink.
All faucets are not created equal.
The real test of a faucet's quality is how the water flows over pots and pans. With the right faucet, you can work comfortably in your sink without worrying about getting wet. This is a small but crucial detail that's often missed when choosing a faucet. Remember, it's these little details that can make the biggest difference!
We wanted only the best for our test kitchen. After a year of thoughtful design and hard work, we are thrilled to share our results. The star of the show is our 60” Harmony dual drain stainless steel workstation sink with a stunning brass apron. To make cleanup easy, we’ve also added a 24” undermount workstation sink near the dishwasher. For that extra touch of class, we’ve chosen Waterstone 9750 faucets, accessories, and a pot filler in a split finish in stainless steel and satin brass.
In our test kitchen, we were able to rinse the soap out of a tall pot, right on the drainboard, without a drop of water passing beyond the sink. No overspray, easy and fast rinsing!

Waterstone 5500 Suite in Antique Pewter
Check out this site. I noticed that Waterstone was the only brand of faucet not on their list. When I asked why they didn't offer Waterstone parts, I was told simply, "We have never had anyone who needed parts." Waterstone takes care of their customers. I am proud to work with a company that values their customers. To ensure you get the level of customer care you deserve only purchase from an authorized dealer.
"Waterstone faucets are expensive because of what you are paying for: careful hand-assembled craftsmanship and dozens of exquisite finishes. If hand-crafting and exquisite finishes are not your cup of tea, then almost certainly there are less costly alternatives on the market that will meet your needs.
Waterstone's competition is not Moen, Delta, and Kohler. It is the upscale European companies like THG (France), Zucchetti (Italy), Jörger (Germany), and Vola (Denmark). Compared to the prices charged by these companies, Waterstone is a bargain."
