At Rachiele Custom Sinks, the actual owner is intimately involved in guiding you through the design process and educating you on your choices. There is plenty of communication to make certain the final sink design is exactly what you want and the dimensions are exactly what you need to make a perfect fit.

Dino, the owner, is unbelievably available during your entire experience to offer help with any problem you may be concerned about. I had a concern regarding the rear flange on my sink and Dino took the call and it was solved in about 5 minutes. This attention to detail left nothing to go wrong with the installation. Mine was a retrofit apron drop-in sink replacing a dual bowl stainless steel undercount sink. The entire team that I spoke with during the process showed concern and never made me feel like I was a burden when asking questions. "Ten years ago, we moved into a condominium that was built in the late seventies. It was completely renovated, and at that time they offered a free kitchen sink with the purchase of granite counter tops. It was a double sink, which proved to be troublesome. We found it impossible to work with our new Tucci cookware. We could not find a sink that size to replace it. We came upon Rachiele Sinks. Dino, the owner, said he could make a stainless steel sink to size, but the rounded corners of the existing granite had to be cut square and polished. We could not find anyone in our area that did that. Dino said he would talk to someone he uses and see if he would travel 2 hours. Luckily, he agreed. He arrived on time. He cut and polished the granite, installed the sink, and redid all the plumbing in two hours. The plumbing under the sink was done in a way that we have more room than before in the cabinet.
We now have a beautiful stainless steel sink that drains perfectly. We can accommodate our large pots and pans. The finish on the stainless is as aesthetically pleasing as it is functional. It’s almost a pleasure to wash dishes - ha! Enjoyed working with

"Our stone countertop had cracked around the faucet and in front of the sink, allowing water to leak behind the cast iron sink. We didn't want to replace the countertop because we liked the color of the unusual stone. We knew the stone countertop would need to be cut, the faucets and cast iron sink removed and a replacement sink fitted into the new cutout. Internet searches found numerous options for replacement sinks. We wanted a copper sink with a front apron and an integrated backsplash. This narrowed the search to custom-made sinks.
