At the heart of our small, family-run business is a deep passion for crafting fully customized sinks that make each home truly special. When you invest in a Rachiele custom sink, you're not just buying a product, you're becoming part of our family. Our unique customization process is something you will not find anywhere else. Our goal is to build lasting relationships with our customers while helping them craft the kitchen of their dreams. All of our sinks are handcrafted in our artisan shop, using only domestic materials, in Apopka, Florida. No matter where you are in the world, we'll bring a piece of our family's craftsmanship to your home, as we offer worldwide shipping for all our extraordinary products.
Our sinks are handcrafted, not mass produced. You'll have the unique opportunity to design your sink directly with the owner of our company, Dino Rachiele. With two decades of professional kitchen design experience and an additional 24 years focused on sink design, Dino brings an unparalleled level of expertise to each project. We are the only company that offers this level of personalized service, ensuring that your vision is realized through the lens of extensive industry experience.
Most often, our clients have a virtual meeting with Dino through Zoom. During this meeting, he can screen-share to walk you through various options for cabinet and sink designs, as well as share exclusive photos that aren't available on our website. You will find that this meeting is not only fun, but rewarding. By the end of the meeting, you'll find that you've made informed choices as an educated consumer. You may schedule your Zoom meeting here.
While we're proud to have consistently received 5-star reviews, it's not just the rating that sets us apart. We invite you to delve deeper into our customer testimonials on platforms like Google and Houzz. You'll notice that many of our reviews are quite detailed, providing a more comprehensive understanding of our clients' satisfaction than what can be captured in a brief sentence or two accompanying a 5-star rating. This level of detailed feedback reflects the deep-seated appreciation our clients have for the customer service, quality and craftsmanship we bring to each project.
At our company, we understand that exceptional customer service is the cornerstone of any successful business, especially when it comes to custom-crafted products that play a pivotal role in people's daily lives. It is for this reason that we take customer service to the next level—our phones are answered seven days a week, and not just by any representative, but by the owner of the company. This unparalleled accessibility ensures that every query, concern, or piece of feedback is addressed with the utmost care, insight, and expertise that only the owner can provide. We believe this personal touch makes all the difference in establishing trust and delivering a customer experience that not only meets but exceeds expectations.
Frequently, Dino goes above and beyond the scope of sink design by offering alternative cabinetry layout options that significantly enhance the overall functionality and aesthetic of your kitchen. Leveraging his 20 years of expertise in kitchen design, he identifies opportunities for improvement that you may not have considered, ensuring that every element of your space is optimized for both beauty and practicality. This added layer of consultative service sets Dino—and our company—apart, as it reflects a holistic approach to kitchen design where every component works in harmony.
The high-grade materials used in the sinks ensure they can withstand regular use over many decades, making them a wise long-term investment for any home. The sinks are crafted from domestic 316L surgical grade stainless steel, pure domestic copper, brass, and bronze. These materials are not only durable and long-lasting but also lend a luxurious look and feel to the sinks.
Over 90% of our business comes from repeat customers and referrals, which speaks volumes about customer satisfaction and the quality of the products. A large proportion of our customers are repeat customers, often building second homes or building a new home.
Other sink manufacturers use the flange as a workstation step. This allows water to degrade the grout, which can cause serious issues over time. Our design and installation methods are distinctive. All of our workstation ledges sit below the grout line which allows the countertop to be cut flush, preventing this issue.
