Guided by a deep understanding of design and functionality, Dino's mission is to help families rediscover the joy of cooking, cleaning, and gathering in their kitchens. Every sink he creates is a testament to his dedication to improving daily life through innovation, craftsmanship, and attention to detail.
Our custom sinks undergo rigorous quality checks. Using a specially designed table, we ensure each sink sits perfectly flat upon installation. This is just one of over 15 final inspections we perform to guarantee top-notch quality for every custom sink we create.
Our cutting-edge fiber laser plays a key role in our production process, maximizing efficiency by utilizing nearly every part of a metal sheet. Its ability to make extremely smooth cuts significantly reduces the amount of labor required to prepare the sink for subsequent bending and welding, streamlining the overall manufacturing process.
When we design a custom sink, we focus on comfort, ease, and personal needs. For a client in a wheelchair who liked resting his arms on the apron, we created a rounded, lowered apron for added comfort. We also included a customized workstation ledge and offset drain to make the kitchen setup as accessible and efficient as possible.
Our unique, proprietary process creates stunning colors, patterns, and textures in the copper patina on our custom farmhouse sink aprons. This high-resolution video provides an up-close view of how we bring out the rich, natural beauty of copper.
We’ve engineered a way to offer the classic look of a white farmhouse sink—without the usual compromises. Our proprietary finish is applied to the front of our stainless steel farm sinks, delivering the crisp, clean appearance of a white apron combined with the unmatched durability of 316L stainless steel. In the video, we hammer the finished piece, and the topcoat does not crack; it just dents the stainless. Try hitting a fireclay or cast iron sink with a hammer!
Unlike fireclay or cast iron sinks, which can chip, crack, or require full replacement down the road, our solution is built to last a lifetime. No stress. No regrets. Just timeless beauty and strength—exactly where you need it.
This video showcases a premium imported copper sink from Mexico, made with soft copper of similar thickness to ours. Watch to discover why our sinks, crafted from domestic cold-rolled copper, are significantly more durable than imported models. We use only strong, high-quality copper to ensure lasting durability, unlike the annealed copper found in most imported sinks.
Our copper sinks are built to last, with durability you can trust. In this video, see just how sturdy they are!
If you want to replace your existing farm sink, it can be accomplished quite easily in most cases. The new sink just slips under the countertop and is held up by 1X2's that are attached 1/16" below the countertop. Slide in place, caulk the seam, and you are done!
This is not mass production. This is craftsmanship—measured, intentional, and rooted in decades of experience. From cold-rolled 316L surgical-grade stainless to pure domestic copper, brass, and bronze, every sink we build is a one-of-a-kind heirloom made entirely by hand in the U.S.
In this video, you’ll get a rare look into our process, our people, and the pride we pour into every step. If you’ve ever wondered why a Rachiele® sink feels different—it’s because it is.
The Harmony™ sinks in our collection involve a more extensive welding process compared to our other designs. The entire bottom of these sinks is welded to the sides, adding to the complexity. Additionally, in the case of a Harmony sink featuring one right rear and one left rear drain, the bottom is constructed separately from the sides, which then need to be meticulously welded together, further emphasizing the detailed craftsmanship in their creation.
Blending metal finishes can bring depth and beauty to any kitchen. At Rachiele, we’ve spent over 20 years perfecting custom sinks with top-quality materials like 316L stainless steel, pure domestic copper, brass, and bronze. Our experience shows that a mix of metals can create a warm, balanced space that feels both stylish and inviting.
