We call this patina "Northern Lights" due to it's captivating array of colors that mirrors the enchanting spectacle of the Aurora Borealis. Much like the natural phenomenon that illuminates the northern sky with swirling hues of green, blue, purple, and sometimes red, our Northern Lights patina presents a dazzling blend of colors that evoke a sense of wonder and beauty. This unique patina gives each piece its own unique character and charm, akin to the timeless allure of the Northern Lights themselves. During the patina process, you will receive a photo for approval. The colors may be much brighter before the top coat is applied. Please review the photo below to compare before and after.
Unlike our other patinas, the topcoat will soften the colors of a Northern Lights patina.
