Let’s find the faucet that completes your vision.
We go well beyond standard fulfillment. Each Waterstone suite is carefully unboxed and inspected by hand—ensuring your order arrives in flawless condition, ready for seamless installation.
If an issue arises, we resolve it before it ever reaches your hands. It’s a level of diligence rarely offered—and precisely why discerning clients trust us.
Our commitment? To make your experience feel effortless from delivery to installation.
Waterstone pull-down faucets deliver a cleaner, quieter spray—minimizing splash and maximizing control. We favor the lever handle for its intuitive feel and refined flow pattern.
Two of our preferred models, the 9750 and 5500, offer extended reach—bringing added versatility to elegant form. Thoughtfully designed. Effortlessly dry.
Waterstone’s 360° rotating spout allows the handle to be positioned left, right, or center—ensuring flawless functionality even near walls or backsplashes.
We favor the front-centered placement. Why? When turning off the faucet with wet hands, water flows into the sink—not behind it. It’s a small design choice with a big impact—quietly smart, effortlessly elegant.
This video shows how our extended-reach faucets glide across a 54" sink with ease—ensuring complete coverage without compromise.
For larger sinks—60" or 72"—we typically recommend two faucets. That said, a single extended-reach model can be a sleek, effective solution on a 60" sink.
We’ll help you select the ideal faucet for your height, your sink design, and the refined aesthetic of your space.
We will assist you in finding the perfect faucet for your height, the sink design, and your décor.
For a sink to work beautifully, the faucet must be placed with precision—ideally allowing water to land at the center of the bowl.
Because faucets can’t be installed closer than 2 inches from the edge, a reach of 11 inches ensures the water lands exactly 9 inches into the bowl—perfectly centered in our 18" wide designs. Shorter-reach faucets cause the water to fall too far back, leading to awkward use and unnecessary strain.
Comfort isn’t a luxury. It’s a requirement—and we design for it.
Not all faucets are created equal. The true test? How water behaves when it meets your cookware.
A well-designed faucet delivers a smooth, controlled flow—allowing you to rinse and clean comfortably without splashback or mess. It’s a detail that’s often overlooked, yet one that elevates the entire kitchen experience.
Because in a truly refined space, even water knows exactly where to go.
Only the best would do for our in-house test kitchen—a space where craftsmanship is put to the test daily. At its heart is our 60” Harmony™ dual-drain stainless steel workstation sink, wrapped in a bold brass apron that anchors the entire space.
To streamline prep and cleanup, we’ve added a 24” undermount workstation sink near the second dishwasher—because beauty should never come at the expense of utility.
Completing the ensemble: Waterstone 9750 faucets, matching accessories, and a pot filler—shown here in a split finish of stainless steel and satin brass. Every element was chosen to reflect the balance we design for: enduring performance with unmistakable elegance.
In our test kitchen, we were able to rinse the soap out of a tall pot, right on the removable drainboard, without a drop of water passing beyond the sink. No overspray, easy and fast rinsing!

Waterstone 9750 Suite in Satin Nickel.
Check out this site. I noticed that Waterstone was the only brand of faucet not on their list. When I asked why they didn't offer Waterstone parts, I was told simply, "We have never had anyone call who needed parts."
Waterstone takes care of their customers. I am proud to work with a company that values their customers. To ensure you get the level of customer care you deserve, only purchase from an authorized dealer. If you do not order through an authorized dealer, Waterstone will not honor the warranty.
"Waterstone faucets are expensive because of what you are paying for: careful hand-assembled craftsmanship and dozens of exquisite finishes. If hand-crafting and exquisite finishes are not your cup of tea, then almost certainly there are less costly alternatives on the market that will meet your needs.
Waterstone's competition is not Moen, Delta, and Kohler. It is the upscale European companies like THG (France), Zucchetti (Italy), Jörger (Germany), and Vola (Denmark). Compared to the prices charged by these companies, Waterstone is a bargain."
