We keep kosher and make almost every meal at home. So when in our new-to-us farmhouse renovation, our brand new pricey porcelain sinks would make Passover difficult, we decided if we had to make the change we might as well make it the best, and invest in copper sinks, specifically American made copper sinks. After some research we landed on Rachiele Custom Sinks. Dino and his team reached out immediately and walked me through the process of design process and measurements to make sure my sinks would fit beautifully in the countertops.
And to put the pink icing with sprinkles on the cake, there was our ‘ask’ (the ‘oh could you just’ kind): We needed our sinks installed by Passover, which was like in 6 weeks if I remember correctly. With only a barely discernible pause, Dino said ‘of course.’
I live in New York. I did not go to the showroom in Florida nor I have I met Dino Rachiele or his team. Everything was handled so professionally that I can attest that they are not AI. My sinks arrived without damage for Passover (yay! No sink kashering!). They were beautiful ,from the gorgeous patina to the ‘hidden art work’ that you will only see until installation. They fit perfectly…beautiful American craft. We cook almost every meal and our sinks get quite a workout, tons on dishes and all kinds of sauces, juices, and wines, has been through our sinks. The copper handles it well and always returns to its gracious aged look. It is a lasting investment and very worth it. I highly recommend Rachiele Custom Sinks.

  I must have been your most difficult   customer. I fought you all the way. Both my   husband and I were hell bent on getting a   double bowl sink, I am a bit embarrassed to   say - you were right. The best custom creation experience. From the first phone calls and emails beginning the design process, the team at Rachiele went above and beyond. Their website offers so much detail and many ideas. Then when you think you’ve seen it all online, a walk through the fabrication shop blows it out of the park. While renovating our home, our builder suggested a copper sink from Rachiele.
I researched the company and was happy to find the sinks are custom built in Florida. There was also a lot of information on their website about the manufacture, benefits and care of copper sinks.
I spoke with Dino, who is very knowledgeable and pleasant, and ordered our large farmhouse style sink.
It arrived on time, and came with inserts for use as a dish drain and 2 cutting boards!
We’ve had our sink for 2 years now, and it is as beautiful as the day it arrived!
Because copper reacts with acids items such as tomato products, the look if the sink is always changing. You can read about this on their site. It’s a living work of art that is the centerpiece of our kitchen island.
We are extremely pleased with our sink and highly recommend Dino and his company to anyone looking for something unique for their home.

In 2021 we embarked on a major kitchen remodel where a copper sink was not even a consideration until we found Rachiele Custom Sinks.

Quality, perfection, detail and pride are a few words that describe Rachiele Custom Sinks and Dino Rachiele. They care about their product and their relationship with their customers. They were involved from design through installation and always available to answer any questions that we had or have a year and a half later.
If your considering a custom copper sink, you cant go wrong with a Rachiele Custom Sink. We went with a 36” copper farmhouse sink that is the centerpiece of our kitchen. Id encourage you to view Dino’s videos on YouTube. The sink performs exactly as presented in videos from defrosting properties of copper to ease of use with workstation cutting boards and other accessories.

If you go with a 36” custom farmhouse sink don’t leave out an extended reach Waterstone faucet as is the perfect compliment for the sink and ease of use. If possible we also recommend the pullout trash below one side of sink. Its so covenient!!

I had a copper sink from another company with an applied dark brown finish. In less than a month the dark brown had shiny areas like a brand new penny. When I called customer service I was told that If I would simply wait the finish would return to its original color. I soon realized that this statement was impossible. The sink would eventually patina to an old penny color, but never to the original dark brown. When I sent a picture of my sink to the company the response was that they saw no problem. The sink was only a year old and was not inexpensive. Even though the sink was 14 gauge it felt and sounded cheap.
After extensive research I was impressed with Rachielle sinks, the positive reviews, the amazing photos of actual kitchens of happy customers, and Dino’s videos. I emailed him one evening around 9 pm and I received a call from Dino himself about 10-15 minutes later! He listened to me patiently and was sympathetic about my ugly sink in what I think is a lovely kitchen. He answered all of my questions and assured me that I could remove my “old” under mount farmhouse sink and install his custom version without removing my new quartz countertops. Dino was in frequent contact with me during the measuring, ordering, fabricating, shipping, and installing of my sink. I have NEVER experienced this level of customer service.
Rachielle is the real deal in both customer service and finished product. My Rachielle sink is beautiful. It practically shouts quality and does not have that “tinny” sound of my previous sink. This sounds kind of corny, but it’s true...I wanted to cry every time I used my sink from Brand X. It was ugly and cheap looking. My Rachielle sink is a show stopper and a workhorse. I love the cutting board!

My wife and I made a decision to add to our outdoor living space by having a summer kitchen built. Our project began in early 2020 and then the pandemic delayed us by almost a year. This delay allowed for proper research on all the things we wanted to do. We were wanting to get a copper sink as it would blend in perfectly with the colors of our space. We pretty much figured the local home improvement retailer would be the way to go to obtain our sink but in my research I discovered Rachiele. I read every detail of their website before we called Dino. It was just our luck that his operations are local to us. We made an appointment to meet with him on Feb 6, 2021. Dino was very welcoming and eager to show us every step his product goes through from start to finish. Needless to say we were quite impressed ordered ours on the spot. Our project was completed in late July 2021. The sink and the accessories we added make prep and clean up a breeze. It’s clear that the majority of Dino’s clients will never witness the process, love and craftsmanship that goes into every sink they produce. He takes tremendous pride and knows every story about each sink in production and where it’s going so you can rest assured that you are getting an amazing piece to add to your home. We even got his Waterstone faucet package, which complements our sink quite beautifully.

We are very happy with our custom copper farmhouse sink! The house we recently moved into had a crack in the counter behind the kitchen sink, and we were looking for a solution without replacing the existing granite. Rachiele Sinks came up during our search, and when I reached out, Dino spent nearly an hour chatting with us, discussing our options. We loved everything about his sinks - USA made, highest quality copper, and ergonomically-friendly design!

Dino helped us design a retrofit farmhouse apron sink, which allowed us to replace our old sink and address the cracked granite without changing the existing counters/cabinets. The custom sink has a rear deck with side extensions to address where the crack was. I carefully took the measurements, and though I was nervous if it would fit properly, Dino assured me over and over again that it would work. Sure enough, we had it installed, and it is PERFECT! It is now the highlight of our kitchen and we love it!

I feel fortunate to have found Dino and Rachiele Sinks. The level of customer service, kindness, and professionalism was above and beyond. During the process, I learned so much about sinks, copper, and all the hard work that goes into each Rachiele sink. I am now a huge fan and very excited to put our new sink to good use! My wife and I spent many years planning for our kitchen remodel. Part of that journey included extensive research on appliances and finishes we hoped to procure for the project.

In researching kitchen sinks, we came across reviews for Rachiele Custom Sinks and we are so grateful to have found Dino and his incredible collection of artisans and staff. Even though we live completely across the country from where his sinks are produced, after speaking with Dino directly we knew we were in good hands.

Dino is incredibly kind and patient discussing the details of just exactly how we intended to use our kitchen, from what we cook to how often we entertain, etc. Dino takes the time to get to know his clients so he can ensure the best possible match of a sink to the clients' needs and wishes.

Dino is highly efficient in his processes and communication providing detailed drawings of what your sink will look like. These detailed drawings will also ensure a smooth installation process.

We selected the NexGen sink and could not be happier. It is beyond what we expected in terms of quality and craftsmanship. The sink is truly a time saver and looks incredible in our kitchen.

From time of order to delivery, Dino and his staff were on point and followed through precisely as they had indicated. They were even kind enough to delay shipping by a few weeks when our project started a bit later than expected.

The care they show in packaging and shipping the sink is second to none. We even ended up using the shipping crate the sink arrived in for a raised bed for our tomatoes this year--it's that bullet proof.

Our family and friends are amazed at the sink, and we get more compliments on it than just about anything else. Dino's recommendation for the Waterstone faucet was spot on and combined with his exceptional sink, it is a true pleasure to use.

We're even more thankful for his sink and faucet recommendations now that Bosch has let us down again as we await the arrival of our dishwasher...7 months and counting.

Finally, it's important to note that both items are not inexpensive, but truly, we feel it's been the best investment of all the wonderful items we've been able to put into our kitchen. Sometimes you have to pay for quality and perhaps sacrifice elsewhere--Rachiele Custom Sinks are certainly worth it. The quality of materials and craftsmanship is evident throughout. You will not find a better kitchen sink on the market-period.

Love my custom sink, fixtures and accessories by Rachiele! Everyday I am so thankful when working at the sink to have found such a great company. Two years of hard use (rinsing paint brushes, setting hot pans from stove, heavy food prep) the sink looks like new and I continue to be happy with my choice! Friends come over and marvel how great the sink is. They even put on demos for others showing how the accessories work so well during food prep and clean up. No dents, stains, scratches to be seen. Talk about function with water flow to the right side, makes clean up a breeze. I have the prep tray and cutting board, sponge utility tray. Both of these items make working at the sink much more efficient.
Trust me, as a mother of 4 having cooked for 50 years now, this sink wins the best form and function award as being the best I have ever used. Also, the marine grade fixtures, under sink water filter, waste basket/recycle slide out unit are top of the line too. Dino made shopping for these necessary fixtures so easy. Thank you Dino for all your advise, assistance with kitchen design and care your company puts into making such great products!

I discovered Rachiele Sinks online in 2012 during our kitchen remodel. I was immediately attracted to the beauty and uniqueness of their copper sinks. After much consideration, my husband and I purchased a 36 inch Weathered Copper Apron sink to replace an existing ceramic sink. We loved our copper sink from the moment we received it. I’ve been viewing Rachiele’s website for years. I hated my kitchen sink with a small disposal side, and I found a “before and after” photo on the site that showed my exact problem. I love Dino’s instructional videos and ability to “read my mind” (I was thinking that I wouldn’t like a top mount sink, and then Dino addressd that concern on the site). It took me six years to decide to invest in a custom sink, but I finally decided to go for it as a Christmas gift to myself. Dino and his wife guided me through the purchase. They really know their stuff and their customer service is excellent. Dino even provided his personal cell number in case we had questions during our weekend installation. I’ve had my new sink for a week and I love it! It was totally worth the cost and wait.

 I waited almost 2 months to write this review because I had to get past the honeymoon stage to experience the daily grind with our stunning new sink. I can say without hesitation that I love everything about it. The workability difference is superb. The Rachiele workstation sink and Waterstone faucet have made such a wonderful difference in my kitchen, aesthetically and ergonomically. I can reach everything easily without having to bend and put strain on my back and shoulders. I love using the workstation cutting board, which freed up counter space and eliminated messy cleanups.
